Taste Nature | ENERGY superfood powder

Taste Nature is a German brand that offers organic superfoods from the highest quality.
The philosophy of the brand is to protect the nature and to only work with chosen organic farmers, fair trade and sustainable cultivation is very important to them. These are values that are also very important to us, and this is one of the reason we like the brand so much.
The first product we have discovered from taste nature is the Energy Superfood drinking powder, containing the maca-root, carob, raw cacao, lucuma, camu-camu and guarana.
The combination of these ingredients is an incredible energy-booster and provides you with many important vitamins, potassium, magnesium, phosphorous, iron and folic acid.
For us the dominant taste in the powder is the raw-cocoa, we find it very tasty.
We like to prepare the Energy drinking-powder with oat milk and a fresh banana and drink it for breakfast. For one glass you need 1-2 full teaspoons of the drinking powder.
Not only is it a natural stimulant in the morning but it is also absolutely delicious and filling, we think it is the perfect way to start the day.
The drinking powder is 100% natural, raw and vegan.

Annemarie Börlind | 2 in 1 black mask

This summer Annemarie Börlind has added five new facial masks to their product range. One of them is the 2 in 1 black mask, containing pythoplankton to refine the pores and lilac to combat impurities.
The black mask is vegan and is perfect for combination skin.
We think it is a deeply relaxing treatment after a long day, cleaning the skin deeply and purifying it.
We like the mattifying effect the mask has on the skin and it leaves the skin clean and clear.
After leaving it on for 10 to 15 minutes you wash it off gently with warm water and in circular movements. Like this you have a soft peeling effect that removes dead skin cells and stimulates the blood circulation.
The 2 in 1 black mask is one of our favourite masks from the 5 new Annemarie Börlind beauty masks, because it is very suitable for our skin, we love the tender floral scent of it and it is incredibly effective.

Theater Basel | Was ihr wollt (Twelfth Night, or What You Will)

Finally the new season of the Theater Basel has started, with an absolutely amazing premiere of Shakespeares "Twelfth Night, or What You Will" in a production by Julia Hölscher.
The comedy was written as a commissioned work 12 days after christmas when Shakespeare was asked to write a "cheerful story" and therefore he named it "Twelfth Night, or What You Will".
Twelfth night is played at the ancient roman theater Augusta Raurica which we think is a wonderful location for the play, as it creates a very ancient and mystical atmosphere.

Twelfth Night is about confused love, confused gender and guides us through the comical-melancholic story where the fool seems to be the only one who knows what's what and who's who.
Viola, in the disguise of Cesario loves the duke Orsino, Orsino loves Olivia and Olivia loves Viola / Cesario.
Even more confusion is created when Violas twin brother Sebastian (who she thought died in the shipwreck) arrives in the same town and he is being confused with Viola and Viola is being confused with him.

The play is very entertaining and catchy and the actors were fantastic, we think it is particularly remarkable how they were running up and down the stairs of the roman Theater in the summer heat and were still able to act and speak.

The costumes, make up and especially the hairstyles of the characters were very strong and conspicuous and emphasize the comical character of the play.

The play will be shown two more times at Augusta Raurica (on the 16th and 17th August) and from then in the Foyer at the Theater Basel, which will be set up like a roman amphitheater for the play.

Thiemo Strutzenberger as ORSINO (DUKE OF ILLYRIEN)
Florian von Manteuffel as SIR TOBY RÜLPS (OLIVIAS UNCLE)
Barbara Horvath as OLIVIA (A RICH COUNTESS)
Katja Jung as ALLEGRA
Myriam Schröder as FESTE (FOOL)

The Orange Blossom Body Wash by Argan beauty contains precious Argan Oil which keeps the skin moisturized and soft. Orange blossom is one of our favourite scents in nature and we love how natural and tender the scent of the bodywash is.
The skin feels very soft and nourished and we the body wash leaves a summery feeling on our skin.
It can also be used as a bath and as it is very moisturizing we think it is perfect to use after a long day in the sun.
The body wash doesn't contain artificial colourings or fragrances and is ph-neutral.
